IT Controls and Operations Analyst - Location : Mossville , IL (HYBRID) Duration : 12 Month C2C MOI: Video USC/GC Description: Oversight of technical operations, vendor management, and strategic coordination related to IT controls and application support. IT Controls Role Liaison / Coordination Contact with DR Team Communicate & Apply Yearly Updates A2A Products ACE, Denodo, DataPower, ODM, QLIK, MQ, IT Controls: Involvement in overseeing and ensuring compliance with IT controls. Liaison / Coordination Contact with DR Team: Acts as a key contact and coordinator for Disaster Recovery efforts. Yearly Updates Application: Responsible for communicating and applying annual updates. A2A Products: Familiarity and oversight of various enterprise applications (ACE, Denodo, DataPower, ODM, QLIK, MQ). Spend Coordination: Involvement in budget understanding, spend coordination, and procurement processes. General Support Oversight: Monitoring and ensuring prompt support engagement, particularly for critical issues. Infrastructure and Application Monitoring: Maintaining awareness and ensuring availability of A2A infrastructure and business applications. Process Improvement and Automation: Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in teams, and hold oneself accountable. Oversight of technical operations, vendor management, and strategic coordination related to IT controls and application support. Responsibilities: -Has exposure to different pieces, once being technical piece and vendor management -Understanding the budget -Spend Coordination -Understand and execute spend entry processes in FR3, Guided Buy and Coupa -Monitor spend progress for the division -Coordinate with procurement team for spend entry -Create efficient and transparent process for Spend coordination Technical Skills Required: -Require Liaison / Coordination Contact -General support oversight with customer focus on availability communications, focus on ensuring prompt support engagement for ALL issues, esp. Sev2/Sev1 issues. -Oversee software upgrades process esp. disruption communications -Understand structure and ensure general availability requirements of A2A Infrastructure -Maintain general awareness of A2A business applications, esp. availability -Monitor process for operational vendor team engagement -Learn all ticket content for all varieties of support issues -Problem Ticket monitoring, primarily watch for high impact problems. incl. mis-assigned, repeat problem elimination, most importantly ensure prompt attention to outages/service disruption -Change Ticket monitoring, oversee well-formed ticket entry and customer comms/engagement -Incident Ticket monitoring for high impact Incidents -Support Process oversight -Monitor for process improvement opportunities -Oversee infrastructure maintenance scheduling -Monitor Mission Critical Dedicated P1 Bridge chat -Seek Process improvement opportunities -Seek Automation opportunities -Seek self-service opportunities Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication skills Independent worker Team player Self-accountability.
