UX Designer & UX Researcher || Remote* Client Location: %95 remote with occasional trips to NYC ( Expenses will be paid by the client) LOCAL candidates will be highly preferred 5-6 months project No h1b This role is a combination of UX Research & UX Design. Must have experience in both. Also MUST have pharma or Life Sciences Experience . Overall Job Function Plan and conduct user research and testing to inform the design and development of platforms and processes. Leverage various research/testing approaches (including observations, interviews, surveys, card sorts, tree tests, A/B testing, usability testing, etc.). Design user interfaces and experiences based on research insights and user needs. Synthesize learnings to draw conclusions, driving actionable insights, and prioritizing findings to effectively communicate to agile product teams. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to guide development and stakeholder alignment. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary agile team, including the wider UX team, in both design and research activities. Lead the logistics of user research, e.g., planning and scheduling research sessions, leveraging participants, or utilizing research platforms with support from other UX researchers. Maintain a user-centered approach when collaborating with agile teams, ensuring design solutions meet user needs. Day to Day Efforts Work directly with the LEAP (Patient Services Platform) Product Leads, Patient Service Center agent teams, and other platforms. Support the design and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys. Attend regular meetings, bringing an inside-out research lens to weekly data reports and a design perspective to stakeholder discussions. Provide a research perspective on regular stakeholder discussions and strategic planning, supporting agency partners. Create static or interactive mock-ups to help stakeholders align and understand how their vision may come to life. Design and conduct usability tests and iterate on designs based on feedback. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects. When Needed Support the UX testing of Patient/Caregiver experiences created by NPS to support launches and other high-priority brands. Attend Market Research sessions to identify insights that may impact the NPS ecosystem. Lead workshops to communicate and refine UX concepts (and prototypes). White-label existing designs in Figma and create clickable flows for various stakeholders. Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and optimal user experience in the final product. Must Have UX Research and Design experience in the life sciences sector. Mapping the flow of an experience or augmenting process maps into an experience to uncover opportunities. Experience facilitating work sessions in Miro, FigJam, or another virtual collaboration platform (Miro preferred). Designing and conducting surveys. Conducting unmoderated/moderated UserZoom/User Testing studies. Research and design experience within a SaaS organization. Experience with card sorting exercises. Organizing information architecture. Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping. Experience with design and research in highly regulated industries like banking and insurance. Nice to Have Research with a Call/Contact Center Group. Co-creation with Call Center Representatives. SaaS design research. Experience working within the Salesforce system. Knowledge of component-based design systems. Understanding of content management system (CMS) flows through web or application experiences.
