Job Title: Oracle Fusion Data Conversion Lead Location: Boca Raton, FL - Remote Position Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description : Must have skills: 5+ years of strong conversion experience with a minimum 3+ successful HCM & payroll conversions for large customers (Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud). 5+ years of Working knowledge of cloud data loading tools. Must have experience in preparing HDL data load, debugging issues, data transformations & ensuring data mapping integrity. Independently create & execute payroll scenarios, employee hiring scenarios Should have a very good understanding of payroll balances like YTD, QTD, MTD balance & their conversions. Should have knowledge of challenges & issues for the start of the quarter v/s mid-quarter Go-Live & it's related impact. Experience in benefits conversion with element loading. Should have hands-on for core HR - should be able to navigate core HR and create employees independently.
