| Job Title: Camunda BPM Business Analyst Duration: Fulltime Location: Remote Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Camunda BPM Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes using the Camunda BPM platform. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of BPM solutions to boost efficiency and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs and convert them into detailed process models. Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective solutions. Camunda BPM Implementation Design and create BPMN workflows using the Camunda BPM platform. Configure and customize the Camunda BPM engine to align with business requirements. Ensure smooth integration of Camunda BPM with other enterprise systems and applications. Requirements Gathering Lead workshops and meetings to collect and document business requirements. Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. Process Optimization Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost performance. Monitor process performance, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with BPM and workflow automation experience. Proven experience working with the Camunda BPM platform. Skills Strong understanding of BPMN and process modeling techniques. Proficiency in using Camunda BPM for workflow design and implementation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs.
