Good written and verbal communication skills. Good troubleshooting skills. Self-sufficient, can own an issue and work on it till completion. Basic knowledge of the financial services industry. Advanced knowledge of Cisco Call Manager. Advanced knowledge of Cisco Meeting Server Advanced knowledge of Cisco Expressway/VCS. Advanced knowledge of Cisco TMS.
