But they must be there for the entire 6 months no exceptions if offered. Try to Find Local Candidate Required Skill Candidate will be required to take a coding test Being a Lead he need to assist 4-5 Member. 1) 6years min of full stack java (8-10 min preferred) 2) Cant be passive must sound/act confident as they are leading a team of 4 L1 Java Developers If you do have this experience its ok. 3) Cant shy away from expressing opinions and must be confident in their solutions to problems, issues, etc. 4) Must have good communication skills ie.
