Shop Floor Execution-> MES and SAP standard functionality. SAP PP/QM with S4-PPDS - Architect Role 12+ years in SAP S4 PP/QM with S4-PPDS experience Well versed with end-to-end business process. Must have at least 4 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP PP-PI/QM and at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience of S4 Hana. Able to design and architect solutions Excellent and hands on in configuration in the following technical areas SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution S4 Hana-PPDS experience, at least 1or 2 full life cycle implementations experience. Production processes like MTS, MTO, ATO, Repetitive and CTO in SAP Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality Preference for experience in Process management using PI sheets, Process control systems integration etc, including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process. SAP Quality Management areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), Quality Certificates, Inspection processing. Must have knowledge of PP/QM Integration with EWM. Integration knowledge with MES system. Integration with other Quality Software like LIMS etc. Well versed with Enhancement SDLC process end to end - RICEF Well versed with UT, IT and UAT cycle. Experience in Life science vertical would be added advantage.
