The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SAP BODS development, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data integration solutions to support critical business operations. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement robust and efficient ETL processes using SAP BODS. Collaborate with business users and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and data quality rules. Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS development. Strong proficiency in ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling. In-depth knowledge of SAP BODS components and functionalities. Expertise in SQL, data structures, and database design. Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with data quality and cleansing techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP HANA or other in-memory databases. Knowledge of data virtualization and cloud-based data integration platforms. Experience in Agile development methodologies. Understanding of industry-specific data models and standards.
