Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (US Payroll) Consultant Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) (Need local candidate) Duration: Long Term Contract Job description: Should have hands on experience in SF ECP (US Payroll) Knowledge in Benefits, Wage type configurations and Garnishments Experience in HRSP support pack upgrades and SF 1H/2H upgrade releases. Knowledge on Payroll interfaces and 3rd party integrations Should also have some knowledge on SF EC and any other talent modules. Able to support business in payroll processing and should be quick in resolving the payroll errors. Should be able to work independently. Communicate with all the stakeholders effectively. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Provide and L3 support to Triage customer incidents and service requests Perform analysis and provide resolution to user including configuration, data updates, work arounds Perform problem management for recurring incidents Identify improvement ideas Follow ITIL processes to provide support to the business as per agreed SLAs 2) Deliver enhancements which includes- Provide thought leadership to provide best practices and solutions for business requirements Analyzing business requirements Estimate and size the enhancements Providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs Performing necessary SAP configurations Creating specifications for development of custom programs, Testing the developed solution Coordinate with other teams to support the deployment 3) Mentor and manage teams Mentor team members to deliver the scope of work Coordinate with team across multiple geographies to ensure efficient delivery Kindly let us know if any candidate available who can join asap.
