Demonstrated technical proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network, server, and endpoint issues, utilizing advanced tools and technologies. Strong expertise in endpoint management, group policy configuration, software pushouts, and managing Windows updates. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network, server, and endpoint issues in an enterprise environment. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to changes in a fast- paced work environment. Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+). 5+ years of experience providing technical support for escalated help desk issues.
