Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines in collaboration with Project Managers and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful and on-time delivery. Competencies: Digital : SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Oracle EBS HCM R12 Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Good experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud with the majority of recent experience in Oracle Fusion (Cloud) applications Recent experience in a lead solution architect role in at least 2 full ERP Cloud implementations Strong familiarity and experience with Cloud implementation approach and methodology Good implementation knowledge on Oracle OIC, VBCS, IDCS, fusion extensions and BI/OTBI Reports Played customer facing role (onsite lead). Worked on ERP Cloud Fit gap, Integration, Report and Extension finalization Standout stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients and the implementation team.
