Role: O365 System Admin Location: Boston, MA (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 8 years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Support Active Directory and email environment including the O365, ADFS infrastructure. The O365 SME will be supporting the environment by applying best practice, perform risk analysis, assess the overall AD/Exchange/O365/Teams/SharePoint, etc. environment and identify gaps. Additionally, the position will be tasked with producing and/or updating various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. These reports include metrics, KPIs, and other data to provide management and senior leadership views into the operational aspects of the team, as well as other ongoing efforts and roadmap items. Requirement 5-10 years of experience-Demonstrated excellence in supporting the Microsoft O365 Collaboration Tools --Email, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Ability to interact with colleagues throughout the LOBs to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues and to work with peers and partner teams when necessary to find solutions. Must be personable to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
