| Job Title: Sr Network Engineer Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402-Onsite(Local Preferred) H1B & H4 EAD 10+ Years This position is focused on Network Engineering for our enterprise voice and data networks. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting global networks, a high level of technical skills for troubleshooting and problem analysis, along with the ability to clearly communicate the results of problem analysis to business stakeholders, IT support teams, and network providers to quickly and effectively resolve operational issues. The Network Engineer works in direct partnership with other Senior Engineers and other technical resources throughout the company to build and integrate the hardware, middleware, software, and off premise computing resources needed to deliver the computing, communication, collaboration and security needs of our dynamic and evolving enterprise. They collaborate with our business partners, IT leadership, and Senior Operations Engineers to ensure that technology delivers business value. In addition, they work to ensure successful implementation of all technologies and partner closely with third party/cloud vendors to ensure proper integration of the technology. Job Description Design, maintenance and third level Support for Firewalls, including Next Gen Design, maintenance and third level Support for Wireless Infrastructure Design, maintenance and third level Support for Network Voice Infrastructure Design, maintenance and third level Support for Load Balancers Design, maintenance and third level Support for SD WAN Subject matter expert support for Network Access Control systems (Forescout CounterAct, Cisco ISE) Demonstrates strong focus on quality delivery and customer experience. Facilitate matching business needs and service options by leveraging its knowledge of business strategy, business processes, and market offerings to assist the business/service owner in selecting the most appropriate products and services to meet its requirements. Will be expected to understand business priorities and embrace and learn new technologies that support the business strategy. Develops solution strategies to ensure all the performance measures of all IT services meet the needs of the business and of any service requirements or service level agreements which may be in place. Ensures that the policy and standards for capacity management are fit for purpose, current and are correctly implemented. Providing specialist expertise to facilitate and execute the selection, installation and operations of system software such as operating systems, data management products, office automation products and other utility software. Partnering directly with Senior Operations Engineers, they will ensure solution delivery for maximum performance, value, and quality. The management of the capability, functionality and sustainability of infrastructure components to meet current and forecast needs in a cost-effective manner. The incremental and logical integration and testing of components and/or subsystems and their interfaces to create operational services. The capability to recognize and exploit technical opportunities that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Evaluates new system software, reviews system software updates and identifies those that merit action. The selection, design, justification, implementation, and operation of information security controls and management strategies to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability and relevant compliance of information systems with legislation, regulation and relevant standards. The ability to manage and broker external suppliers contributions to ensure successful delivery of products and services required by the business.
