This position is strategically aligned with key business units and is responsible for the creation of the associated curricula and learning journeys new hire through progression. This position consults with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and the business units to identify learning needs and gaps through diagnostic assessments. This position will contribute to decisions of whether learning solutions should be internally developed or externally sourced. Additionally, this position sources external vendors and directs required modifications. This position establishes methods to determine the effectiveness of both the program and strategy. The Learning Solutions Architect at this level will chair business-unit specific Learning Councils. Required Skills 5 years of Learning and Development experience Heavy Consulting and identifying training needs is a must Experience managing learning vendors Experience with instructional design and learning curation Must have Learning Management Systems (LMS) Success Factors, Workday, Plateau. Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and Agile Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
