Configuring rates for SAP ISU billing. 2. Create, maintain billing schema, rates, prices, variant programs, operands 3. Strong Communication Skills Years of experience At least 5 Job description: Oversee and manage end-to-end billing processes. Knowledge and Experience of Gas transportation rates is must. Knowledge and experience of gas choice supplier rates with bill ready, rate ready and dual billing processes. Analyze and interpret complex billing requirements and perform fit/gap analysis. Implement and maintain billing rates and schema based on regulatory tariff structure. Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP billing modules, particularly SAP IS-U. Configure and maintain SAP billing systems to support complex billing requirements and business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP billing processes, collaborating with IT teams as necessary. Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency. Support reporting team for billing metrics for functional requirements. Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies, addressing clients concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication regarding billing matters. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in billing processes and documentation. Support OCM team in Providing training and guidance to end users on complex billing processes and SAP system functionalities. Conduct periodic reviews of billing procedures and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with industry standards. Lead or participate in billing-related projects, such as system upgrades, process enhancements, or regulatory changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and adjust strategies as needed. Required Skills Configuring rates for SAP ISU billing.
