Job Title: IT Project Manager/ Scrum Manager Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Type: Contract Job Description: Qualifications: Must haves: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, Python, PySpark, Kafka Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. Proficiency in Python programming. Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban. Experience in the healthcare data engineering space, with knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in data engineering and data analytics within the healthcare sector. Knowledge of other Azure services and tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience working in a cloud-based environment. Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
