The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in SAP IBP, with the ability to design solutions, implement strategies, and support end-users in achieving their supply chain planning goals.Key Responsibilities Consulting and Strategy: Engage with clients to understand their supply chain planning needs and challenges. Develop and document detailed business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions. Provide strategic advice on best practices for supply chain planning and IBP implementation. Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions, including modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales and Operations Planning. Develop and configure IBP functionalities like planning views, forecasting models, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Technical Implementation: Implement SAP IBP applications, including integration with SAP ERP and other systems. Develop and maintain custom scripts, applications, and integrations as needed. Configure master data, data models, and planning processes. Testing and Deployment: Conduct system testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT). Manage the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production environments. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP IBP functionalities and processes. Offer ongoing support for system issues, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and client satisfaction are achieved. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP IBP trends, new features, and best practices. Identify and recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.
