NO USC/GC/EAD/H1T will be consider Role: Credit Cards SME Locations: NYC, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Key Responsibilities: Should be able to work as the Primary point of contact for Clients in this domain. Should be able to identify client needs and propose solutions that meet their goals. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set priorities. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Oversee the integration of new solutions with existing systems and ensure compatibility and efficiency. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Requirement: Candidate should have at least 10-15 Years experience working on the Credit Cards Domain, preferably in a Consulting role. Should be proficient on features such as Interest Processing, Delinquency, Charge-off Processing, Payment application and reversal, Loyalty Points Calculation, Card Issuing and Embossing, Statement Generation, Dispute Processing, etc. Strong Knowledge of creating and executing SQL queries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Awaiting your quick response.
