You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the bank's overall business goals and empowers teams across the organization to harness the power of AI. Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product vision for the AI platform, ensuring it aligns with the bank's strategic priorities and supports a diverse range of use cases. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and cloud technologies, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development. Product Roadmap & Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and user needs. User Research & Feedback: Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of potential users, incorporating feedback into product development and iteration. Feature Definition & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders across different business domains to define and prioritize feature requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a successful product launch strategy, collaborating with marketing, sales, and communications teams to ensure adoption and success. Product Management & Lifecycle: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ongoing monitoring, analysis, and iteration based on user feedback and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery. Required Skills and Experience: Overall 8+ years experience. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused environment. Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services, preferably with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven ability to define and deliver successful product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and address challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for technology and the potential of AI to transform businesses. Desired Skills: Experience in the banking industry or financial services sector. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
