| We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in end-to-end screen design ready for development, creating high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and executing UX design processes including wireframing, user journeys, and user flows. Responsibilities: - Create mobile-first high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. - Develop wireframes, user journeys, and user flows. - Design end-to-end screens ready for development. - Collaborate with development teams for accurate implementation. - Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and insights. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, libraries, and design systems. - Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies. - Experience in creating wireframes, user journeys, and user flows. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with development teams. - A keen eye for detail and user-centered design. - Good understanding and incorporation of accessibility standards. Preferred: - Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
