The position will be hybrid and will require around 2 days onsite each week in Portland, Oregon or Cincinnati, Ohio. For that reason candidates will also need very strong communication skills to succeed on the Hirevue. Relocation is not permitted for this opportunity. Job Details:Location: Portland OR OR Cincinnati OhioHybrid: 2 Days Onsite Each Week Notes From Manager: Wants these two contractors to take on the "easier" tickets...troubleshooting requests and documentation. 50% support tickets 50% documentation using Confluence (nice to have) Five9 is the most important experience to have. Astute, Aspect, Verint are secondary. Having experience with these tools is an advantage. Experience with CXone will be sufficient as it will translate well. Enterprise level exp in high volume Contact Centers. Does not want someone with only 100 seat Call Center exp vs. 3,000 seats at Kroger is a big difference. Location: Cincinnati is preferred to be w/ Eric, Portland second Not looking for decades of experience. More 1-3 years of experience. More Entry level. Doing 3rd level support. Timeline: review resumes this week...interview next week. One & Done interview. Panel with Eric and 2 teammates. There is no hirevue prescreen for this roleAbout Role: This role will help to onboard additional functionality enhancements for the Five9 application along with supporting the new CXone CRM application that the Vitacost Support Center is currently onboarding. Additionally, these people will help to take 3rd level support tickets and update support documentation for existing applications and new applications as well. Minimum Position Qualifications: 3 or more years experience in system analysis, design or programming and the associated development methodologies. Proven communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization. Ability to interact well in a team environment.
