Please share the passport copy of consultant who is either of native citizen. Job Description We are looking for an Oracle PAYROLL Cloud Financials Implementation Lead Consultant. Please ensure your candidates are heavy in Oracle Cloud Payroll side. The candidate must have Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation experience as a Payroll Lead. Looking for 4 implementations with Oracle Payroll Cloud. Unfortunately, AST is unable to accept singular experience with EBS or Peoplesoft. Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules; a plus. Must be willing to travel during the most critical periods of the project Provide subject matter expertise and lead functional tracks on Oracle Payroll Cloud Complete project tasks and deliverables as per established project timelines. Written deliverables should be of the highest quality as per established project templates Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements Document Gaps, Issues and Solution Process Flows. Create RAID items as necessary per direction of the PMO, update the status on RAID items for items assigned and coordinate with the client for timely closure of items Map customers business process to Oracle Cloud Applications processes Configure the modules to align with customers business processes Migrate customer financial data from Legacy to Oracle Cloud Applications Prepare the functional design for all technical objects in AST template along with documentation of the test criteria for each technical object Develop testing scenarios and test scripts Facilitate knowledge transfer Be available during the working hours using AST and Client communication toolsfor the project Work and engage with offshore AST counterparts, other module leads andtechnical team for project work ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The candidate must have Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation experience as a Payroll Lead.
