The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MS Dynamics CRM, along with proficiency in PowerApps, Power BI, SQL, ASP.NET, and .NET technologies. This role requires a hybrid skill set combining technical expertise in CRM development with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Design and implement PowerApps and Power BI solutions for data visualization and analytics. Integrate CRM systems with other applications and databases using SQL and ASP.NET. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics CRM. Proficiency in developing PowerApps, creating reports with Power BI, and SQL querying. Solid understanding of ASP.NET and .NET framework (minimum 4 years). Experience working in a hybrid environment, integrating on-premises and cloud solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Must be a Green Card holder or U.S. Citizen due to project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM or related technologies. Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based CRM solutions.
