Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports. Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality Coordinate and track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition. Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessary Desired Qualifications 3-years Epicor Certification technical experience in Kinetic Experience with the modules listed above including BAQ expertise, email notification, Inventory and warehouse set up and A/R automation email notifications to customers. Portfolio Management experience.
