Has lead EC work during the joint implementation of EC and ECP Experience with combined implementations of ECP and Workforce Software. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. Decompose user stories, derive technical demand and solution design. Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements and best practices. Implement and configure MDF Objects, Workflows, Business Rules in SAP SuccessFactors.
