The Security Analyst will often serve as a technical expert on this migration effort while collaborating with other team members. This position requires excellent communication skills, motivation, self-direction, commitment, integrity, ability to multitask, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of system integration tools and techniques. Required Qualifications: Experience successfully migrating between identity management tools Experience with Okta, Okta APIs, and Okta features Experience with OIM 11g, OIM APIs, and OIM features Experience with software development Experience with identity and access management in a complex enterprise environment. Excellent leadership skills; ability to influence and motivate others. Job Duties: Analyze, design, and Implement IAM solutions: Design and implement the changes necessary to transfer account management, provisioning, password management, and other functionality from OIM to Okta. Serve as a subject matter expert for the team, including design, implementation, and problem-solving. Translate code to new systems architecture and develop new supporting code as required for the solution design. Interface with IAM Leads and Stakeholders: Understand decisions and work direction set by product owner, product manager, architects, and senior management. Gather business and technical requirements from IT and business stakeholders. Facilitate and lead meetings as needed to facilitate solution design and implementation. Provide technical guidance to team members, product owner, architect, and product manager. System Support: Work with team members and leadership to deliver changes to dev, test, and production environments. Work with team members and leadership to troubleshoot and support resolving dev, test, or production issues. Competencies: Manages Complexity: Identity Management is at the heart of all technology and impacts all users. The ability to orchestrate all various inputs to deliver on the requirements is vital for success. Instills trust: Migrating between identity management products is complicated, can require significant change management for our partners, and leaves little room for error. Helping our team and partners understand and trust the solutions will help ensure the project stays on track. Organizational savvy : This person will need to cut across lines, silos, and teams. They will be deployed inside and outside of Client Manages conflict : Conflicts may arise from competing priorities and business needs, and teams and stakeholders will not always be on board with decisions. Other times, they must settle technical disagreements and find a path forward. Builds networks : This person will be working with people from across the enterprise, and they need a strong network to be effective. Persuades : As noted above in Manages Conflict, this position will need to get buy-in to its vision and get people (other teams, leaders, etc.) to follow it. Optimizes Work Processes : This position will focus on creating new processes to support new technology at the institution. Communicate effectively : Effective communication is critical to helping our partners understand complex issues in an easy-to-understand way. Situational adaptability: There are many different stakeholders, competing regulations and priorities, and moving parts. Changes incompatible with the current design or plan can often be introduced. Adaptability will be critical for success.
