Position: Sr. Level Dynamics 365 Business Analyst w/F&O Experience Location: REMOTE - Could Be Travel to Ohio 5 to 10% Duration: Long Term Contract Need USC, H1B & H4 EAD candidates only. Need 10+ years profiles Description: The Senior Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) will play a crucial role in analysing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of financial and operational processes, and proficiency with Dynamics 365 F&O. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose efficient solutions. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design specifications. Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and configuration options. Lead configuration, customization, and integration efforts to meet business requirements. Project Management: Manage and lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans and scripts, coordinate, and perform testing activities. Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise. Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O users. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O updates and industry trends.
