Opportunity Description

Our client is currently engaged in a multi  phase transformation effort to replace their on-premise legacy Payroll and Benefits applications with the latest version of Oracle HCM Cloud for a Federal Public Sector client. The solution involves decommissioning an existing Payroll outsourcing arrangement and the realignment of critical 3rd Party application solutions to the new Oracle HCM Cloud Architecture. The employee base for the program is international in scope very large scale with multiple release deployments. The Oracle Solution scope covers major components of Oracle Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Management and HCM Analytics.

Job Description

Our client is currently seeking experienced Oracle HCM Cloud experienced technical consultants to join the program for expansion of the existing Detailed Design/Technical Design Specifications, Object Development, Testing and deployment across all areas of the HCM Cloud solution.
Consultants will be expected to work as part of an integrated team of client and implementation partners resources with the ability to develop and validate technical specifications for essential 3rd party interfaces, Workflow Enhancements, Data Migration (ETL), and BI Reporting requirements.

Job Qualifications

A Minimum of 10 Years of native Oracle technical solution implementation experience working with the expanding capabilities of Oracles IDE Tools and concepts
Focused experienced within Oracles HCM applications to include recent Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud 20, 21, 22
Proven hands on technical experience working with various foundational tools/technologies/concepts including: HCM Data Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, Flex Fields, Oracle Cloud Integration Services, Oracle Fusion Middleware Components, JAVA, SOAP, XML, XSL, XSLT, XPATH, XQuery, WSDL, Java, JSON, REST services, Dev Ops based automated testing concepts, or BI Publisher
