Participates in the development, implementation, control, and distribution of quality assurance practices, standards, methodologies and metrics to ensure that all information system products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements. Analyzes input and output of test data. Identifies discrepancies between requirements and expected results. Documents exceptions and makes recommendations for improvement.
