Job Description: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for customizing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices. Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Perform data migrations and transformations to and from Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continually improve the platform. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce applications. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visual force, and Lightning Components. Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and security. Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST and SOAP APIs. Knowledge of relational databases and data modelling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, II) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
