The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects.Key Responsibilities: Develop, document, and execute test cases for unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing. Automate functional, security, and solution/system level tests using tools and technologies such as Java, Rally, Maven, Junit, Eclipse IDE, JMeter, Jenkins, Selenium, and Python. Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality assurance is integrated into the development process. Work within Agile, Agile at scale (SAFe), and other rapid application development methodologies, as well as Waterfall SDLC. Deliver in a Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI) environment. Stay current with industry trends, research, and technology, and continuously improve processes and tools. Influence and collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives through creative changes and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing. Experience in unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing. Proficient in Automation Testing Tools and Technologies, RESTful APIs, and Web Applications using Java, Rally, Maven, Junit, Eclipse IDE, JMeter, Jenkins, Selenium, and Python. Experience with Agile, Agile at scale (SAFe), and other rapid application development methods, and Waterfall SDLC. Ability to work in a Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI) environment. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptive communication abilities. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications: Coding skills across a variety of platforms. Test certifications such as QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB, ISTQB. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies and techniques. Strong recognition of the importance of collaboration to achieve objectives and willingness to influence team members with creative changes and continuous improvement.
