Need experience between 3 5 Years. 5/6 years
experience is Max as BA.

i)           
The description seems to be asking for high level skill set, please confirm if
level will be 2 (3<5 years experience)

            
3 to 5 years of experience is good however in Identity and Access Management,
Security / Cybersecurity,

ii)          
What are the top 3-5 skills that would really make someone shine in this role

            
Identity & Access Management Experience (e.g., former experience with OKTA,
PING, not necessarily ForgeRock).

ForgeRock experience is IDEAL, but its a new platform,
so dedicated FR people are rare; however if they are interested in that space

            
Cybersecurity / Security not coding, but an good understanding on CIAM topics:
Federation, SAML

            
Strong Project Management skills; follow-up; attention of tiny details that can
make or break the build

            
Strong Documentation & Confluence

            
Hands-On, Delivery Focused; Can-Do Attitude. Focused. Upbeat. Willingness to
press through multiple challenges for one deliverable.

iii)         
Does the hiring manager prefer candidates with IAM experience, or is any BSA
background ok

            
IAM is 1st preference

            
BSA (e.g., Project Management; Stakeholder Management; Splunk, if possible)
must have strong follow up and be a people person; vocal and

able to reach out and move the needle; we are in a busy
space, so must be able to handle multiple client inquires, respond timely,
update Jira easily.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Business
Systems Analyst working in a Global Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Team you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers,
engineers and delivery professionals to act as the primary interface between
Technology and specific business areas, identifying business unit
requirements, creating project and process specifications, coordinating
with project teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets to
solve sophisticated business problems, deploy innovative products,
services and experiences to delight our customers!

In addition to applied
analytical and technical experience, you will bring excellent problem
solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of
working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a
continuous learning focus to all that you do.

Duties and
Responsibilities Include:

Support the Director
Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner setting ambitious and clear
product vision and communicating the story effectively to key
stakeholders and the rest of the team.

Beginning to identify
opportunities to provide input to the team & coach others with
occasional guidance

Works on solving
extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data
requires an evaluation of intangible variables

Collaborate with
product owners in understanding needs and defining feature stories, tech
leads in defining technical design and other team members to understand
the system end-to-end and deliver robust solutions that bring about
business impact

Work on significant and
unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation
of intangible variables and may impact future concepts, products or
technologies.

Works on extremely
complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an
evaluation of often complex variables related to technology and/or data.

Exercises independent
judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for
obtaining results.

Own the end-to-end
product strategy from inception and determine business value once
solution enters production

Ensure alignment of
product features and stories, i.e., review, give feedback, and prioritize
user stories in line with product vision

Understands the vision
and owns aspects of the product management/roadmap activities

What You Bring:

Bachelor of Computer
Science or Engineering; Analytics or experience in related fields

Experience with agile
development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Knowledge of business
concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions
in the context of the company's business

Ability to learn new
skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and
tackling challenges

Excellent problem
solving, communication and collaboration skills

Applied experience
and/or expertise with several of the following:

Project/Product
Management:
Planning, Progress Monitoring and Status Reporting, including
visualization of works; Scaling Agile Organizing, synchronizing multiple
teams setup Estimations, ROI, project life cycle

Effective Communication: Understanding of
effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to
effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information,
and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours.

Ability to facilitate
dialogue at the right level of detail for all members of the Agile team.

Decision-Making &
Critical Thinking:
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and
techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive
decisions based on informed judgment.

Business Acumen: Knowledge of business
concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions
in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge
appropriately to diverse situations.

Interpersonal
Relationships:
Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of
individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Ability to work
seamlessly with business partners and software developers alike in a
liaison role.

Financial Acumen: Knowledge of
understanding of financial concepts, tools and processes and how financial
metrics are used to monitor and drive outcomes. Includes understanding of
company accounts/metrics (ex: balance sheet, profit/loss, cash flow,
budget & forecast).

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques
and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root
cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that
resolve these problems.
