Strong understanding of server hardware, configurations and performance optimization. Knowledge of server and desktop virtualization software (e.g. Citrix, Terminal Server, etc.) Knowledge of VoIP systems, configuration and implementation would be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certification would be an added advantage. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Certified Sonicwall Security Administrator (CSSA) certification could be advantageous.
