This position requires expertise in Oracle Projects Accounting and Billing modules, with a focus on implementing and supporting solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle Projects Accounting and Billing modules based on business needs and best practices. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users on Oracle Projects Accounting and Billing functionalities. Perform module configurations, setups, and customizations to support project accounting and billing processes. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system stability and accuracy. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle Projects Accounting and Billing applications. Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations throughout project implementation and support phases. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Projects Accounting and Billing modules. Proficiency in configuring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Projects modules (PA, PJM, PJB, etc.). Strong understanding of project costing, billing, revenue recognition, and financial processes within Oracle EBS. Experience with Oracle Project Contracts, Grants, and/or Federal projects is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder due to ITAR compliance requirements. Preferred Skills: Oracle EBS R12 certification in Project Accounting or related modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud Projects modules (Project Billing, Project Costing) is advantageous.
