Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will analyze financial data, generate financial reports, forecast future trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support informed decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance. Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis against actual results. Update forecasts based on changes in market conditions, business strategy, and other relevant factors. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate key financial metrics, trends, and insights clearly and concisely. Develop standardized reporting templates and dashboards to streamline reporting processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic projects. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management. Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
