Please find below requirement and let me know your interest Azure Cloud Policy Architect Location: Midland, MI Onsite Duration: Long term Role Description: Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to mentor Engineering and Operations staffExcellent organizational and time management skills Competencies: Digital : Cloud Security Management Experience (Years): 8 Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Platforms features, functionalities and best use cases Experience in managing Azure Policies and initiatives in Azure Thorough understanding to Azure Policy Remediation and Azure Role-Based-Access-Control (RBAC) Thorough understanding of Defender for Cloud Comprehensive understanding of networking, cloud computing, and enterprise infrastructure. Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, build processes, CI/CD processes with Custom policies. Create and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards. Design and implement Azure security policies. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services including Defender for Cloud, Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Azure security tools/platforms such as Azure Entra ID, Sentinel, Key Vault etc. 5+ years managing security policies and initiatives in Azure. Working knowledge of Zero Trust, threat management, SOC monitoring (SIEM / SOAR), and Extended Detection & Response (XDR) + SIEM, Cloud Security, Identity, RBAC, and ServiceNow. Working knowledge of current NIST 800-53 for Azure, PCI, GDPR and Azure CIS Benchmark compliance Relevant certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, CISM or Azure security certifications are highly desirable. Desirable Skills: Single point of contact for all Azure Cloud Policy issues. Function as a trusted advisor (and facilitator) to customer and team Develops standards, policies and procedures best practices documentation and architectural design Translate security and technical requirements into business requirements, and communicate security risks to different audiences ranging from business leaders to engineers Collaborates with stakeholders, recognizes challenges, and offers solutions Collaborate and Guide team members to design and develop end-to-end processes aligning with the defined architecture Implementation of necessary security controls aligned with M365 E5 and Microsoft Azure Security workloads while ensuring operational health Conduct periodic audit/review of Azure Policies Configuring alert rules for policy violation in Defender for Cloud, MS Sentinel and ServiceNow Conduct architecture reviews and security impact assessments Gathers customer insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs) and leverages these insights and existing plans to map solutions with customer business outcomes Optimizing operational procedures for improved security response Optimize Azure Cloud Security configurations Drive Overall governance for misconfigurations remediation with cloud teams Create remedial strategy for overall Cloud Security Posture Management Interface with internal and external auditors for gathering cloud security logs/evidences Identify risks and work with client and engineering team to build a risk mitigation plan Empowering Development and Operations team to operate within a control framework Regards, Thanks & Have a Blessed Day.
