| From: sravani, Nitya INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] EC consultant Duration: 2 days/week for a total of 30 days between 7/24 and 10/14/24 with possible extension Location: Canada ( Remote) Acts as an expert consultant for specific application components or functionality in SF modules of Employee Central and ONB 2.0 and Recruitment. Provides subject matter expertise in the relevant Future state process design sessions and solution design sessions for each Focus area outlined in Table 1.Performs feasibility study or assessment of application functionality based on; future state Onboarding &Hire process maps and relevant stakeholder discussions for appointed employee groups . This includes identifying where local variations may be relevant and how to approach them from a configuration and process standpoint. Reviews all SAP solution design recommendations, identifies and documents impacts on Employee central application components and recommends viable configuration or technical options to mitigate where relevant. Identifies and reviews, with Customer, Employee central and ONB2.0 application functionality with respect to each potential employee self service available. Defines and parameterizes final processes. Facilitates /leads future state process design discussions with the appropriate stakeholders groups and documents the relevant future state processes Understands and ensures that quality standards are met. Special knowledge Minimum 8 years years experience in being the lead configuration/ application consultant in their relevant subject matter and processes Minimum 1 full system implementation (includes design and configuration and testing and cutover) of Employee Central within a public sector or post secondary institution client.
