Required Skillsets: You must have at least 3 to 5 years with most of the qualifications below: Agile Development Methodologies Test-Driven Development Knowledge of business analyst concepts, tools, and processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Project/Product Management Planning, Monitoring, and Reporting (visualization of works) Scaling Agile Organizing, synchronizing multiple teams, ROI, and project life cycle Knowledge of financial concepts, tools, and processes (understanding how financial metrics are used to monitor and produce outcomes. Understanding of company accounts/metrics like balance sheet, profit/loss, cash flow budget, forecast Experience working as a business analyst in the financial industry.
