In addition, the Data Analyst will provide strategic insight into opportunities for dashboard development and data collection and synthesis to improve data-driven decision making related to career development events, activities and student outcomes. Data Collection and Synthesis: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection and synthesis related to career services, industry engagement, alumni engagement, and action learning; including employer and alumni participation, student engagement, and data mapping to resulting internship and job outcomes Analyze industry and alumni engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; suggest new metrics as data allows and as relevant to decision-making needs Collaborate with Questrom Decision Support (QRO to support data collection efforts related to national surveys and rankings Required skills: Data analyst that's worked on salesforce projects.
