Role Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 CE Client: Direct (one of the Fortune 100 Companies) Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Onsite) Duration: Long term Job Title: Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 CE Key Responsibilities Implement and Customize Dynamics 365 CE: Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business needs. Develop and manage incentive programs, including commissions, bonuses, and rewards structures within Dynamics 365 CE. Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for customizations and new features. Identify and resolve defects and issues promptly. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 CE. Conduct workshops and training sessions with end-users to ensure proper adoption and usage of the system. Documentation and Support: Develop detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, test cases, and user guides. Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing any issues and ensuring the smooth operation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within scope.
