Network and Systems Administrator Houston, TX- Onsite/Hybrid (3-4 days in week) Video/phone NO H1/CPT 6 months Description: Client is in need of someone for the following position: Document, maintain and support new networks as well as modifications to existing networks Assist in the recommendation, design and development of new networks as well as modifications to existing networks Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot networking hardware and software with minimal supervision Schedule and perform network maintenance in required maintenance windows accordance to company policy Maintain backups of all networking device configurations Assist in the administration of server back-ups Analyze network hardware and software; recommend patches and ISO upgrades Provide end user support and network administrative services Assist in the Installation, configuration, deployment and support of end user desktops and software Troubleshoot file and print applications Maintain DNS for both internal and external websites Analyze connectivity issues, including connections to the network via VPN and connecting to internal and external web servers Provide installation, testing, auditing, integration and support for network systems, network hardware and messaging systems Assist in analyzing existing technological environment, including hardware, software, operations and transaction volumes to identify deficiencies Monitor Network utilization, intrusion detection and performance to maintain response objectives Run network related projects with minimal supervision and assist with special projects, as necessary Assist with additional assignments as assigned Bachelors Degree or five years of experience in IT Support Three years of Windows LAN administration and support experience Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent PC Technician, desktop/laptop installation and support skills Experience deploying, configuring, administering and troubleshooting Cisco/Meraki network devices Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting notebooks, servers and workstation network connectivity issues Excellent analytical skills Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point Experience in installing, configuring and supporting Citrix environment, including Netscaler ADC support Regards, Rajeev kharwar IT Technical Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC | 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035 Desk # 469-518-9449 | E: [email protected] Whatsapp : - 7525894499 Disclaimer: If you are not interested in receiving our e-mails then please reply with a "REMOVE" in the subject line to [email protected].
