The O365 SME will be supporting the environment by applying best practice, perform risk analysis, assess the overall AD/Exchange/O365/Teams/SharePoint, etc. environment and identify gaps.Additionally, the position will be tasked with producing and/or updating various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. These reports include metrics, KPIs, and other data to provide management and senior leadership views into the operational aspects of the team, as well as other ongoing efforts and roadmap items.
