The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing efficient data flow and batch processes in applications, with a strong emphasis on T-SQL programming, Java, and Python scripting. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and reliable technical solutions for data flow and batch processing. Design, develop, and maintain T-SQL code for efficient data manipulation, querying, and stored procedures in relational transactional databases such as Sybase and MSSQL. Implement batch processing solutions using Java and Python scripting to automate system administration tasks, data processing, and ETL workflows. Conduct requirement analysis, strategic analysis, and performance tuning, query optimization, and batch or ETL creation experiences in T-SQL (MSSQL/Sybase) code development. Provide expertise in the design and implementation of efficient ETL processes using T-SQL, Java, and Python scripting. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in T-SQL programming, Java, and Python scripting, with a strong emphasis on batch processing, ETL workflows, and T-SQL code development. Excellent understanding of relational transactional databases such as Sybase and MSSQL, including code development, query optimization, and performance tuning. Proficiency in designing and implementing efficient ETL processes using T-SQL, Java, and Python scripting. This role will serve as the solo Sr. BA on up to two Scrum teams in a mature organization with heavy regulatory, risk management, compliance requirements. The Project Manager will be part of the Client M&A Run Book project at our client where the team is standing up an Integration Management Office and all the necessary governance and collateral required. The candidate needs to have hands-on and proven experience in implementing the technology integration phase of M&A, or experience in standing up an IMO. Future Duties: This role is in charge of defining objectives, creating plans to achieve objectives, tracking/reporting progress against objectives and budgets, driving execution of key projects and programs, coaching project team members, and improving project management processes. Provides input into the M&A Integration Run Book based on prior experience in M&A Integration work. Provides overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts. Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed Provide strategic input to IT leadership on all aspects of projects or programs being managed to provide value to the business Successfully manage and execute projects on schedule and on budget Manage internal resources and any subject matter experts from other functional areas or external entities Track and report project status on a consistent basis, including identifying, categorizing, and escalating project issues and risks that need leadership attention Establish and maintain standardized processes, procedures, tools, training, and reporting functions related to projects worked on within IT Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects and general knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects Ensure that communicated and planned metrics (savings, cost, timing, etc.) are achieved Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching team members to ensure success in their roles Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications (preferred) Minimum 7 years of project management experience SAFe Agile Experience a plus Must have project financial and budgeting experience, must be familiar with CapEX and OpEx. Experience working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach is highly preferred Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Industry IT Project Execution Methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Scrum. Strong financials experience including but not limited to creating, tracking and managing a budget Proficiency with MS Project and JIRA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Skills required: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Ideally PMP not required MUST be able to do project financials (complex!)
