Duties and Responsibilities: Provide expert support for customers utilizing monitoring and analytics tools for web and mobile applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments and configurations within the platform. Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize tool implementations for efficient data analysis and problem resolution. Develop and maintain dashboards, knowledge base articles, and documentation specific to application support. Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Proficiency in Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring tools, with hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of log management, data indexing, and visualization techniques. Experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting roles, with strong communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams. Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Additional Requirements: Stay updated on Splunk updates and industry best practices for effective monitoring. Scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages. Background in Unix, SQL, mobile, and/or web development. Experience with Mulesoft integration platform. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security, and application performance monitoring. Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and ECS. Multitasking abilities and flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities. Familiarity with ITIL principles or certification. Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified User, Splunk Certified Power User).
