Role: Generative AI Developer Location: Tampa, FL (Only Locals or Nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 9 years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize generative AI models. Conduct research to develop new algorithms and improve existing models. Work on enhancing model performance, scalability, and robustness. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for training generative models. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the model development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. Integrate generative AI models into existing products and services. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and effectiveness. Analyze experimental results and make necessary adjustments to models. Keep up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields. Document the development process, methodologies, and findings. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for future reference. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and neural network architectures. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. Previous experience in developing and deploying generative AI models. Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis. Background in research and experimentation in the field of AI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Publications or contributions to the AI community are a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is an advantage.
