| Hi, Please find the requirement. Job Description : Role : Salesforce QA Lead Location : Remote for Canada Shift (Please share who is comfortable to work in Canada Time Zone.) Duration : Contract Should have understanding of various automation frameworks, hands on coding for Automation. These are the keywords: Automation testing, Python, Selenium, Visual Studio Code, pytest Framework, Salesforce Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce QA experience with 2+ years in a QA lead role, Minimum 2+ years of End-to-End Software Project Implementation Experience and has lead at least 3 complex large scale project implementations Expert understanding for SDLC and Agile Best Practices Must Have Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Must be Hands On Test Case Development, Design Review, Test Case Review and Ensure High Standards of High-Quality Software Development Testing Experience with latest tools, best practices, QA methods for different phases of project. Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy, and test plan, build, and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results. Mentor and manage QA team members on the project with emphasis on building test cases through effective collaboration with product, development and cross-platform teams. Collaborate with onsite technical/product/project leads to provide status updates and co-ordinate applicable tasks. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
