Well versed with Cutover/Blackout/Go-Live steps & security tasks. Be able to manage offshore team members and prioritize tasks by personnel . Generate metrics on monthly basis. Periodic security health checks on systems/db in the landscape & refresh activities. Experienced with GRC , Solution Manager ChaRM, Jira, BTP etc. Able to conduct POCs & propose new tech solutions. Possess soft skills such as communication on Teams/ Email etc with IT & Business.
