It is really a full-stack Job with primarily coding UI front-end but they still have to do Java backend) Duties: 5 days onsite in Salt Lake City or Dallas Java Script Resources: Medium amount of profiles request Strong programming skills in Java with proficiency in object-oriented design principles Strong Experience with web development frameworks (Angular or React) Familiarity with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring and Hibernate Familiarity with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines especially using Git Working knowledge of Unix/Linux experience Skills:5-10 years Please send only candidates who work in USA for 6+ years. Do not send someone from another country and just 2-3 years in USA as there are issues with communication and cultural fit. This client will only hire the top 20% type of candidates as they have to pass two CoderPad coding problems. It is fine for people to relocate. Please CAREFULLY screen candidates before sending to me. Only H1B candidates. They want 5-10 years and on H1B Visa. Must really be able to code fluently as they have to take a live CoderPad coding test for an hour. Then a second technical interview where they ask Java questions. Should be only 2 rounds. Only send resumes from well-known top companies. Candidates who work for city, state, federal agencies or work with small or mid-size companies that we dont recognize the name, these resumes wont be considered. Only send candidates who can really code and possibly haave history of LEETCODE ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LeetCode) to show they have done coding problems. One candidate showed his LeetCode account where he had over 500 LeetCode coding problems solved over the years. Or, if a candidate has had at least 5-10 or more coding, timed-tests over the years he/she would be ready. 95% of the candidates who say they are software developers only do production support, minor upgrades, fixing bugs, refactoring legazy code or upgrading Java 8 to Java 17. Very, very few can write quality code from scratch. This investment bank is targeting that 5-10% who are true, hands-on developers. Jobs are in Salt Lake City or Dallas, Texas for 5 days a week in the office.
