Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
in financial services

Will be
responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical
solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects. This role requires
excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage
product backlogs and requirements.

Key
Responsibilities:

-
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and
development teams, to gather and define business requirements.

- Define
and articulate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business
objectives and customer needs.

- Create,
maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is visible,
transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.

- Write
detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are
well-understood by the development team.

Participate in sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the development team
understands the requirements and has a clear plan for the upcoming sprint.

-  Act
as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team,
providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns.

- Work
closely with the development team to ensure that the product is being developed
according to the defined requirements and meets the acceptance criteria.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the final product meets
the needs of the business and customers.

- Conduct
market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product
improvement and innovation.

- Create
and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user
stories, and process flows.

- Minimum
of 6+  years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.

- Proven
experience in managing product backlogs and writing user stories.


Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks.

Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira,
Confluence, Trello).


Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.

- Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Strong
organizational and time-management skills.

- Certifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis
Professional (CBAP) is a plus.

Experience in financial services industries.

- Knowledge
of regulatory requirements and standards in financial services
