Role: Full Stack Tech Lead Location: Tampa, FL (Remote) Competencies: ReactJS, Advanced Java Concepts, Angular 13 Role Description: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Java backend development, with expertise in Spring Boot. Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices. Experience with either Angular or React frameworks Implement and maintain front-end components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong proficiency in React framework (preferably React.js or React Native). Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end elements. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, No SQL(Cassandra is a plus) and experience with ORM frameworks and/or direct native queries. Familiarity with Azure cloud platform. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Designing, developing, and maintaining backend components utilizing Java Spring Boot, adhering enterprise architecture principles and design patterns. 5+Design and develop robust and scalable Java-based web applications using industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements. Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Implement and maintain front-end components using Angular or React. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end elements. Integrating front-end components with back-end services and APIs. Testing and debugging applications to ensure high performance and usability. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for reference and future maintenance. Troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during development or in production.Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers.
